The long wait for brutal, gut-wrenching violence that she'll only further perpetuate in the game.
Set to be far broader in of gameplay and themes than the The Last of Us Part II on PS5, if they please.
Only a little more than a week out from the game's June 19 launch, PlayStation has released a brief launch trailer that condenses the game's intense emotion, aggression, key characters, and locations into a powerful TV spot. Cutting from a heartbreaking moment shared by Ellie and Joel to a potentially unhinged Ellie bathed in a deep red glow, her chilling words, "I'm gonna find, and I'm gonna kill, every last one of them" ringing out over the trailer's short 20-second runtime. Though the new cut of old footage provides virtually nothing new, Naughty Dog and Sony (with a little help from ill-intentioned leakers) have put out more than enough pre-release material to ensure that this launch trailer offers a final nugget of hype before players finally get their hands on The Last of Us Part II.
