A clever fan has designed what a Nintendo Direct Announcement Raises Hopes For Wind Waker On SwitchRecently, a Zelda fan has designed a concept for a Tears of the Kingdom Nintendo Switch, and the result is beautiful. Twitter Pretendo Switch is known for creating Nintendo Switch edits and mockups, and the TOTK Special Edition they've created has reasonably amassed thousands of likes and retweets. This version of the OLED Model Switch has green Joy-cons with white Zelda detailing and the Triforce on the left, with a white dock featuring green detailing and another golden Triforce. The combination of green, white, and gold is captivating and minimalistic while also maintaining The Legend of Zelda theme.

The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom Nintendo Switch Concept Is Breathtaking

Other Zelda fans in the replies displayed their excitement, wishing the concept was real. While Nintendo has made no announcement about a Zelda Special Edition Switch, the most recent Nintendo Direct has confirmed some Zelda TOTK theories, especially dealing with gameplay aspects. Many theorized that Tears of the Kingdom would not be happening on Hyrule, but on the floating islands above it, and that seems to be correct as Link is seen riding on a flying mount above Hyrule and diving through the clouds. Link is also going to receive a few new powers and a new arm, which has raised even more questions and theories.

There are more questions than answers about The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom, but with the confirmed release date and looks at future gameplay, more answers are expected to be given by Nintendo soon. While fans are theorizing enemies like Demise could appear in Zelda: TOTK and are conflicted on Link's condition and if Zelda herself will be featured much, many are hoping that BOTW's sequel will live up to the original. Fans will just have to wait until May 12 of next year to see everything The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom has to offer.
