One of the most accessible yet elusive Island Tokens to acquire in Lost Ark is the Golden Wave Island Token. Unlike other typical Tokens in the game, Golden Wave does not require players to complete a questline to receive its Island Token. Instead, players must rely entirely on RNG to obtain the Golden Wave Island Token, making the process potentially tedious for some.
Golden Wave Island is a small isle in Lost Ark within the Sceptrum Ocean, near the western shores of Arthetine. "Hey, Wake Up!" is the only quest on the island and requires fans to collect Demon Stones and components to a little NPC robot named T-82. As mentioned above, this quest is not necessary for getting the Golden Wave Island Token. However, it is recommended that players complete it as it is effortless to finish and rewards adventurers with 20,000 Silver, 7,000 Pirate Coins, and a Legendary Uncommon Card Pack.
To obtain the Golden Wave Island Token in Lost Ark, players must open the various chests and pouches scattered across the map. One of the lootable containers will randomly contain the Token. In other words, adventurers will need to go from spot to spot in search of the Island Token collectible in Lost Ark until they fortuitously stumble upon it.
Unlocking The Golden Wave Island Token In Lost Ark
Although there's no method of increasing the chances of the Golden Wave Island Token appearing in Lost Ark, there is a way to improve the efficiency of the player's search. After arriving on the island, check the area to see if the location is crowded with other players. If so, switch Channels to find the one with the fewest number of people. This strategy allows more containers to be available for players to loot, granting a better farming technique of acquiring the Island Token.
Once Lost Ark fans open the chest or pouch with the Island Token, a small firework show will appear, and a beam of light will shine down from above. Depending on RNG, the player may or may not have taken an extensive amount of time to obtain the rare Lost Ark collectible, yet their efforts are compensated with Healing Potions, Shipwreck Scrap, and Silver. Those looking for something else to do on the island can collect the two hidden Mokoko Seeds in the upper-left corner of the map. Travel to the far northwest and smash through the pile of furniture blocking a cave entrance. Enter the cozy-lit cavern to find the two seeds in the far left of the area.
Lost Ark is available on PC via Steam.
