Carlton tried to reconnect at the reunion special by working towards a friendship with Diamond. Shortly after, however, Diamond blocked her ex-fiance on social media. Did they ever reunite?

As opposed to his more reserved ex-fiancee, Carlton has shared much about his life within the last few years. Now, however, he has swtiched to more private. While he was happy, in love, and confident in a new relationship for some time, he appears to be single now. Carlton continually references his time on Love is Blind. "Never Forget," Carlton captioned one pinned throwback photo of his time on the show. He claims his Instagram was hacked when he had over 110K followers. Now, he has only about 14.8K followers on that . Carlton appears eager to find "the one" after his split from Diamond. His Instagram is now private, so what he's up to in 2024 is unclear.

Diamond and Carlton no longer interact with each other, which seems to be the best thing for both of them. Although they have gone their separate ways, things appear to be going well for both Love is Blind season 1 stars. After experiencing heartbreak in Mexico, Carlton and Diamond have moved on and healed from their messy split. They are both focusing on themselves and doing what makes them happy. The Love Is Blind social experiment may not have worked for this duo, but they have thrived since the show. Meanwhile, many couples are still together throughout six seasons. Unfortunately, that's not true for Diamond and Carlton.
