Love Island USA season 7 is coming soon, leaving many wondering about the couples who have met on the show and left together in the past. While Love Island USA seasons 1-3 were on CBS, the Peacock version of the series has had an uptick in relationships that viewers have been invested in watching after their time on the show has ended. While some have been successful, others have struggled to last.
Throughout the last several years of Love Island USA, there have been more couples than ever leaving the villa after finding their person and sticking together for years to come. While there have always been ups and downs with couples building their Love Island USA, the several who have found each other in the villa and built foundations for their relationships have been great guiding lights for the newcomers as they take the villa by storm. Throughout Love Island USA's history, there have been some Islanders who have been more interesting for viewers, especially after the show ends.
5 Carsten "Bergie" Bergersen & Taylor Nicole Smith
Love Island USA Season 5
As the most popular Islander from Love Island USA season 5, Carsten "Bergie" Bergersen was someone that viewers wanted to see fall in love. Throughout the season, Bergie had different connections and flings, but it was clear that he wasn't finding anyone who was the right fit as the season continued on. Wholesome and generally sweet, Bergie needed someone who wasn't afraid to be a bit more controlling with him in moments, directing him in the right way toward a fulfilling relationship. When Taylor Nicole Smith entered the villa, it was clear the pair had a connection between them quickly.

Reality TV is more popular than ever. With so many to choose from, here are some of the best reality TV shows to stream or watch right now.
Taylor and Bergie got along well in the short time they were in the villa together before the end of the season, and while some were worried about whether or not they'd continue dating after Love Island USA season 5, the couple have defied the odds. Bergie and Taylor have been together since the show ended, keeping their followers updated about their relationship on social media. The pair have shared a sweet bond, and their love has only grown since their time in the villa. While they've faced long-distance for quite some time, the pair have also stayed happily together.
4 Marco Donatelli & Hannah Wright
Love Island USA Season 5
Love Island USA season 5's winners, brought in his ex-girlfriend, Hannah Ortega, into the mix for drama.
Marco didn't fall for the Love Island USA drama, continuing his relationship with Hannah rather than his ex, and the pair got to the end of the season together. Winning Love Island USA after a successful run throughout their time in the villa, Hannah and Marco continued their relationship on the outside, making it clear they were happier together than apart. In 2025, the pair announced their engagement with a touching video on Instagram. Marco shared that he'd finally asked "the love of his life" to spend the rest of their lives together, and Hannah had tearfully and happily accepted.
3 Serena Page & Kordell Beckham
Love Island USA Season 6
As the winners of Love Island USA season 6, Serena Page and Kordell Beckham didn't necessarily get off to the best start. While Serena had been open about the fact that she was open to dating short kings early in the season, she didn't choose to couple up with Kordell at the start. When the pair wound up matched together, bonding over the fact that they were both from the same area and wearing matching outfits, their chemistry took hold. Though Serena and Kordell took more time to warm up to one another, once they built a foundation, things clicked.
Serena and Kordell moved through Love Island USA season 6 together, happily building a connection as they went through the ups and downs of the season. While there were tough moments, like their time apart during Casa Amor, Serena and Kordell worked through their issues together rather than going head-to-head. Getting to the end of the season together, Serena and Kordell won Love Island USA season 6 and quickly continued their relationship back in Houston, Texas. Happy to be navigating their newly public life together, the pair has remained strong throughout the last year and kept their followers thoroughly updated.
2 JaNa Craig & Kenny Rodriguez
Love Island USA Season 6
After having a tough time at the beginning of Love Island USA season 6, JaNa Craig felt she may not meet someone on the series. She connected with a few different men from the start, but JaNa was clear that she was picky and knew what she wanted in a relationship, so she didn't give the guys who weren't up to par her attention once they fell off her radar. When she met Kenny Rodriguez, however, things changed quickly. Kenny and JaNa's connection felt like it was instantaneous, and the pair were magnetically attracted to one another in the villa.
While things didn't come without their ups and downs, the Love Island USA couple were able to make their intentions with one another known and moved through the rest of the season together, rather than apart. When the pair finished the season in the finals, the Love Island USA couple didn't care that they didn't win the whole competition, but were happy to have each other instead. Throughout the post-season haze, JaNa and Kenny have been able to get to know each other even more, and have continued loving one another openly. Sharing frequent social media updates, they're happy together.
1 Leah Kateb & Miguel Harichi
Love Island USA Season 6
As one of the original Love Island USA season 6 Islanders, Leah Kateb was able to move through the series with ease, but not without drama. Continually finding herself in tough situations early on in the season, including her on-again-off-again relationship with Rob Rausch, Leah had a hard time figuring out who she was interested and who she wasn't. Eventually, Leah found her match when she met Miguel Harichi. The British bombshell left Leah speechless, and the pair connected quickly upon finding each other on Love Island USA. While their relationship wasn't easy, it wound up being worth their time.
Leah and Miguel's connection was a quick and warm one for both of them, and as they moved through the rest of Love Island USA season 6, viewers were excited to see what would come next for the international pair. As finalists, Leah and Miguel weren't the winners of Love Island USA, but they were happy to be in the finale with all of their closest friends. Cheering on the Love Island USA season 6 winners, Leah and Miguel were happy to have been together. The couple are still happily dating, enjoying getting to know each other in real life.
Love Island USA premieres Tuesday, June 3 at 9 p.m. ET with new episodes daily, except Wednesdays.
