All of the Alyssa checked out early in the relationship.
On the other hand, the top contenders for this Married At First Sight season 14 ranking have been based on the most entertaining to watch and most likely to develop long-lasting relationships. More often than not, the messiest relationships have the strongest entertainment factor. In turn, the mellower relationships typically seem to be built to last and have also had their own issues.
5. Alyssa Ellman & Chris Collette
Unsurprisingly, the worst relationship on MAFS season 14 was between Alyssa and Chris. This relationship ended before it could even get off the ground, and Alyssa has undeniably become the "villain" of season 14. Alyssa refused to be in the same room as Chris but didn't want to give up the opportunity to be on television. When things didn't go anywhere, Chris cut things off and asked for a divorce.
4. Michael Morency & Jasmina Outar
Michael Morency and Jasmina Outar had terrible communication skills. While this Married At First Sight couple tended to think they were always right, Jasmina hardly ever gave Michael the benefit of the doubt. It took inventions from the MAFS relationship experts to bring some mutual respect and chemistry to the surface. Over time, Michael and Jasmina have had good moments filled with jokes and laughter, which are becoming more routine. Unfortunately, their stiff start didn't make this relationship the most viable or fun to watch.
3. Katina Goode & Olajuwon Dickerson
Katina Goode and Olajuwon Dickerson were two prominent reality TV personalities who have had to learn how to compromise. Generally speaking, MAFS fans and Katina's friends haven't always ed her new husband. For example, Olajuwon embraced outdated gender norms and tended to be too demanding. Thankfully, Keshia Knight Pulliam and Dr. Viviana Cole called him out and got him to communicate more respectfully with Katina and get to the deeper issues. Olajuwon and Katina were entertaining to watch at times, but seeing Katina shrink herself felt uncomfortable.
2. Noi Phommasak & Steve Moy
Noi Phommasak and Steve Moy are undeniably the most low-key couple on Married At First Sight season 14. Their most significant issues stemmed from Noi's unreciprocated puppy love and Steve intervening in Noi's cooking. Noi left the house for the night, leaving Steve wondering what the problem was... it was about pasta. However, seeing Steve's emotions in regard to her leaving and not communicating made Noi realize his feelings were more significant than he let on. Eventually, Steve revealed on MAFS he was in love with Noi. The big feelings and sweet romance put them close to the top of the list.
1. Lindsey Georgoulis & Mark Maher
Lindsey Georgoulis and Mark Maher had what was arguably the most tumultuous relationship on season 14, making them the most fun to watch. Noi and Steve probably have a better chance at lasting a long time, but nobody can compare to Mark and Lindsey's entertainment value. There's something special there, from Lindsey's endless salacious commentary and Mark's face every time he tastes new food to the couple entering Mark's bed bug-infested apartment in hazmat suits. All things considered, viewers were excited to watch the highs and lows for Lindsey and Mark on Married At First Sight, which make them the best couple in this ranking. It's hard to say whether they'll be together forever, but Mark and Lindsey captured the audience's hearts.
Married At First Sight fans will have their own opinions on which are the best and worst couples. However, there's been a lot of agreement on which couples are the worst. Anyone on the outside can judge the most hilarious and romantic moments, but it's up to the couples to decide on their fate.
Married at First Sight airs Wednesdays at 8 p.m. EST on Lifetime.
