Warning! Spoilers for Avengers by Marvel Comics below!

Marvel's Thanos who wants nothing more but to murder everyone.

In the current Avengers arc, the superteam is trying to save She-Hulk as she becomes a new Winter Soldier for the Winter Guard. However, once Marvel's World War She-Hulk event is over, the Avengers will face off against a new Multiversal team of villains. The Multiversal Masters of Evil recently debuted in the Avengers Free Comic Book Day Special. They immediately showed that they would be one of the most brutal groups of villains Earth's Mightiest Heroes have ever battled.

In Avengers Free Comic Book Day Special #1 by Jason Aaron, Iban Coello, and Brian Reber, the story teased a new Avengers Mansion guarded by a group of different versions of Deathlok existing at the God Quarry at Marvel's end of Infinity. The Deathloks serve as marshals for all space and time, fixing issues and saving lives without anyone knowing about their actions. However, when the Deathloks chart a recent course to different Earths, they're stopped by the Multiversal Masters of the Universe - who kill the heroes, leading one Deathlok to send a message to other Earths in the Multiverse, calling for the Avengers' help. Now, Marvel revealed more details about the arc.

Nobody ever said being a part of the Avengers was easy, and with the impending threat of the Multiversal Masters of Evil, things are about to get even more challenging for Earth's Mightiest Heroes. The Multiverse is full of terrifying Marvel counterparts with unknown abilities, and this new villain team looks to be the worst of the worst. The Avengers will face off against the new supervillain team when Avengers #50 (legacy number #750) comes to comic book stores in November.
