Scurvy claims to be a psychic who rivals Professor X, and he more than proves it when he uses a psychic blast called “white protocol,” subduing both X-Men teams.

Charles Xavier’s mastery over his abilities and astral form make him a force to be reckoned with and a difficult mutant to keep down, so the introduction of Phillip Scurvy’s ultimate power is a complete game changer. Not only is Scurvy the one behind the X-Men fighting, riling up their anger, but he’s also controlling Graymalkin’s “trustees,” turning former X-Men into their enemies. On top of these feats, Scurvy’s able to enact a psychic power called “white protocol,” taking out sixteen X-Men at once, including powerful psychics like Psylocke, demonstrating exactly how he’s strong enough to detain Professor X.

While Scurvy claims to rival Xavier in psychic abilities, and has shown incredible power, nothing is set in stone. Now that Charles Xavier has broken from his cell, the two powerful mutants must inevitably settle whether Cyclops and Rogue's teams can withstand this new dangerous X-Men villain, and who will come out on top.
