Marvel Studios will announce their first Phase 4 plans shortly after Black Panther 2 are currently in the works.
Understandably, Marvel is keeping their focus squarely on Endgame, leaving much of their future shrouded in mystery. They have plenty of release dates claimed into 2020 and beyond, but no slate has been confirmed just yet. However, it won't be much longer until viewers have some idea of what's next from Kevin Feige and company.

In an interview with IGN, Feige was asked if Marvel would return to Hall H this year at San Diego Comic-Con. While Feige remarked that in it of itself would be a "post-Endgame spoiler," he more or less hinted the MCU would indeed have a presence at the pop culture convention:
“I will say all of the post Comic-Con, post Spider-Man: Far From Home stuff, we ... Here's an exclusive. We're gonna keep making movies. We're gonna still keep making movies after these two. And we will talk about them soon after Spider-Man: Far From Home comes out.”
Far From Home debuts on July 5, while San Diego Comic-Con 2019 takes place from July 18 - 21. It would stand reason to believe, then, that Marvel will have a where they'll unveil what they have coming out over the next few years. Unlike Phase 3, both expected to begin production this year, they'll likely be locked in for 2020 premieres. Marvel also has three untitled projects scheduled for 2021, which realistically could be part of a Hall H as well. The studio could then announce their trio of 2022 films at a later date when they have more things ironed out.
It'll be exciting to see what Marvel has coming through the pipeline, but no fans should expect any updates on the integration of the X-Men and Fantastic Four into the MCU. Though Disney's acquisition of Fox is now complete, Feige's gone on record to say those characters won't become part of the franchise for a "very long time." There are several other Marvel movies further along in development, and Feige wouldn't even touch X-Men until he knew for sure Disney had the rights. The hunt will be on for the right creative team and approach, so there'll be a bit of a wait.
