For the past two years, Marvel did not attend Twitter feeds. With each new piece of information, whether a tiny morsel of a release date or the beautiful feast of a first trailer, people expressed their joyful, emotional, and eager reactions to each and everything, and from Twitter, here are some of the best.

No Stopping Now

Avengers: Secret Wars. Until then, there are nine confirmed movies and eight confirmed tv shows to come. That’s not even mentioning the unspecified slots left in Phase Six nor the previously announced projects still awaiting more information.

Therefore, there’s plenty to be excited for. Steadily over the past few months, a growing opinion among fans viewing Phase Four as aimless or lapsing in quality in comparison to the stellar end The Infinity Saga had with Avengers: Endgame. There’s just so much that it could be a commitment to keep up with it, and while it's only going to grow bigger and more complicated, now fans can see the vision.

Wakanda Forever!

After a deluge of new footage and information, they decided to close out their time at Comic-Con by releasing the stunning first trailer for Black Panther: Wakanda Forever. This two-minute clip took over the internet, being watched over 172 million times in its first twenty-four hours. It’s no surprise it’s gotten such a response. While other projects in Phase Four have been highly anticipated, because of the connection fans around the world have with Black Panther and the tragic ing of Chadwick Boseman, this film blows them all out of the water

There’s no better way to describe this film than as a cinematic eulogy – for Chadwick and for this T’Challa. The visuals in the trailer are beautiful and the music resonates so deeply with both the mourning and hope fans are experiencing. Black Panther: Wakanda Forever hits theaters on November 11th, but until then this trailer can help fans know “everything’s gonna be alright.”

From The Depths Comes Namor

The Black Panther: Wakanda Forever trailer finally introduced Namor, the Sub-Mariner, played by Tenoch Huerta. Namor is one of Marvel’s oldest and most important characters, operating sometimes as the hero and sometimes as the epic villain. He is a particularly polarizing character and far from the most likable, but the brief glimpse of him has resonated with audiences Importantly, many Mexican, Latin American, and Spanish-speaking fans shared their heartfelt appreciation for having characters represent their culture and art in such a way.

Namor is the king of Atlantis in the comics, however, the sunken city has been adapted to Talocan, an ancient Aztec civilization. Huerta did say he’s even learned some Mayan language for the role. While onstage, he also expressed how important his casting and this decision are for people to resounding applause and cheer from the Comic-Con audience. It does feel safe to believe Huerta as Namor will be an important figure in the future of the MCU and hopefully, he’ll get his movie too.

Don't Go Sleeping On She-Hulk

As it’s the next tv show to hit Disney+, naturally, they showed a new trailer for fans had hoped and theorized some cameos and that She-Hulk would break the fourth wall, and this trailer proves them correct. Head writer Jessica Gao has teased that there are many exciting cameos, including superstar Megan Thee Stallion.

When Marvel released the very first teaser, there was some backlash about She-Hulk’s CGI, which poisoned people’s opinion on a show they hadn’t yet seen. However, there’s a consensus that the effects were largely improved over this time, and now fans are getting more excited for this fresh new comedy. She-Hulk: Attorney at Law premieres on August 17th.

Ant-Man and the Wasp: Dawn Of The Kang Dynasty

It was announced that Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania will commence Phase Five when it hit theaters on February 17th. Director, Peyton Reed, introduced Paul Rudd, Evangeline Lilly and newcomer Kathryn Newton, and Johnathan Majors to the Comic-Con audiences. They all painted the film as a different endeavor compared to the previous two films, focusing on the themes of loss and new beginnings after Avengers: Endgame.

They showed some exclusive footage that fans not in attendance would have to scour online to find, but it finally showed the arrival of Kang the Conqueror, played by Majors, and a surprise glimpse as MODOK. One line kept getting tweeted and shared by viewers – Kang saying “You’re an Avenger. Have I killed you?” Scott Lang is in for an entirely new and more dangerous battle in Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania going up against the ruthless and cruel Kang the Conqueror. Fans only then got more excited by the title reveal of Avengers: The Kang Dynasty.

Please Don't Say It's So, James!

Guardians of the Galaxy was when it premiered in 2014. Relatively speaking, most fans had never even heard of the team, yet they quickly became fan favorites.

As such, goodbye is not what fans were hoping for. Thankfully, Gunn also stated that it doesn’t mean that they all die in the end, so there’s still hope that some could return in the future. Some have noted that the new logo design is like Rocket Raccoon’s color scheme, and with the shot of baby Rocket making the rounds, fans are nervous about their favorite snarky anthropomorphic raccoon inventor. Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 is set to arrive in theaters on May 5th, 2023.

An Earthshaking Dream For Secret Invasion

Again, on the tv side, they gave a clear roap for the next year or so on the general release dates for the five shows coming in 2023. Leading the charge is Secret Invasion, with Samuel L. Jackson in his first headlining role in the MCU after being in it since the very beginning. While the comic series Secret Invasion was a massive event with all the teams and characters discovering who around them had been replaced by Skrulls, this show is far more of an isolated experience.

However, Maria Hill actress, Cobie Smulders, stopped by to share how this show will amp up the intrigue and drama to create a dark and suspenseful thriller. If they want a lesson in paranoia, they needn’t look farther than the LMD arc in a widely-theorized hope to see the return of Chloe Bennet as Daisy Johnson aka Quake in the MCU, and Secret Invasion might be the best spot for it.

Avengers: Not-So-Secret-Anymore Wars

Fans now know for certain where The Multiverse Saga is headed with the announcement of Avengers: The Kang Dynasty and Avengers: Secret Wars in Phase Six. Not only are they in the same Phase but they are going to be released within the same year – a vastly different approach than during The Infinity Saga. These films had been largely expected by avid comic book readers, foreseeing from the emergence of the Multiverse in Loki.

On top of this reveal, it was later announced that Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings director, Destin Daniel Cretton will be directing Avengers: The Kang Dynasty. No such news has been made available for Avengers: Secret Wars. Regardless, one thing fans agreed with online – Kang is probably going to beat these superheroes to a pulp.

Daredevil: Born Again And Looking Good

Of course, on top of the Black Panther: Wakanda Forever trailer, the biggest piece of news from Comic-Con was the reveal of Echo.

Daredevil: Born Again isn’t going to be like any other MCU-Disney+ show as it's not playing by the 6-episode miniseries pattern. It will be an eighteen-episode season, doubling the next highest of which other former denizens of Netflix could or should be coming next.

Coven Of Chaos Assemble!

Of course, even after all that news, there is still more to come. Kevin Feige stated that the rest of Phase Six will be revealed at the D23 Expo in September. This has only led to mass speculation on what could be taking up those missing slots. From the previously-announced, there are Doctor Strange 3, and even Eternals 2.

However, beating them all out perhaps is the desire for the long-deserved Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness, the Scarlet Witch-hive are not lessening their hopes. They had manifested an announcement for Comic-Con, and now they are applying that energy to D23, so hopefully, it resonates with the powers that be and their hopes will come true.
