Deadpool 3 has already been confirmed, with Ryan Reynolds set to return as the merc with a mouth, and Shawn Levy, who directed Reynolds in Deadpool 3 could release, how it fits into the MCU, or, which MCU characters will Wade Wilson in his MCU debut, are just some of the details that could be announced at Comic-Con.
Daredevil Disney+ TV Show Announcement
When it was announced shortly before Spider-Man: No Way Home by Kevin Feige that if Matt Murdock/Daredevil were to appear in the MCU, he would be played by none other than Charlie Cox, fans got very excited for the future of the character. They were even more elated when the character made a cameo appearance in No Way Home. Since then, fans have been wondering when the character might show up next, and what his future in the MCU looks like.

After Professor X's appearance in Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness, it does seem more likely that Marvel are closer to announcing something in relation to their biggest superhero team.
Ant-Man And The Wasp: Quantumania Trailer
Despite not being the biggest solo-led series' in the MCU to date, being Loki. Majors will play Kang the Conqueror in Quantumania, a time-traveling villain that has been eagerly anticipated for quite some time.

The biggest possible announcement that Marvel Studios could make at this year's Comic-Con would be the official confirmation that a fifth Avengers movie is in development and that it will be based/inspired by the iconic Secret Wars storyline. Secret Wars is a fan-favorite Marvel storyline that fans have been waiting to see adapted for the big screen for some time now, and Comic-Con would be the perfect place to make this announcement.
Many fans are speculating that Marvel and Disney, after mixed returns from their cinematic offerings lately, will want to rejuvenate interest in the rest of phase four and the phase five of the Marvel Cinematic experiment.
