The corner that Spider-Man has carved out for himself in the Spider-Man films and other MCU team-ups, helping the rebooted franchise anchor the character in what comic book fans have always loved most.
Of course, with Peter Parker comes his friends, mentors, and rogues gallery. The characters who populate the MCU's Spider-Man films are a ton of fun, even if they've only appeared in one of either Zodiac guide can help Spidey obsessives determine which character they have the most in common with based on the stars above.
Aries: Peter Parker
First up is Peter Parker himself! The lead of the Spider-Man franchise obviously has a great deal in common with conceptions of the character previously depicted. But Holland puts his own dorky, endearing spin on the character.
As such, an Aries will definitely be aligned with how over-the-top Peter tends to be. He tries hard in all aspects of his life, which is sweet. His eagerness (something an Aries knows a lot about) also tends to get the better of him.
Taurus: Flash
Flash Thompson (Tony Revolori) has revealed a bit more depth in himself with each appearance. So far, he's still taking on the role of an obnoxious bully.
A Taurus is well-known for being stubborn and difficult to reason with. Flash fits that criteria perfectly, as he never knows when to quit picking on people who really couldn't give a second thought about him.
Gemini: Quentin Beck
The first villain to turn up on the list, Quentin Beck aka Mysterio (played by Jake Gyllenhaal), was certainly duplicitous in his interactions with the heroes of the films. At first, he seemed like a decent guy but quickly, he was revealed to be unhinged.
Granted, this does show the versatility of a character. Geminis tend to be the ones most associated with people who are hard to figure out from just a first impression. The two-faced conception of this sign is fitting for a guy who lied about who he was until halfway through the film.
Cancer: Betty
One of the smartest students at Peter's school is Betty Brant (Angourie Rice). Book smart and socially intelligent, Betty is a very prepared and put-together individual, who seems to always know exactly what she wants.
It never comes at the cost of a truly engaging personality, though. Considering Cancers are also highly intelligent and intuitive, it's a no-brainer that the leader of the school news would match up with that Zodiac sign.
Leo: Tony Stark
The next Spider-Man installment seems to be positioning the character firmly out of the shadow of Tony Stark (Robert Downey, Jr.), who made a huge impact on the first film and clearly had a shadow looming over the second.
Of course, Tony is a known commodity. He's outgoing, quick-witted, and extremely full of himself (even if he is not always sure of himself). Those attributes align him well with the sign of Leo, which is usually defined by its fiery spirit and gregarious nature.
Virgo: Ned
Loyalty is the name of the game on this Virgo entry. Those born from late August to late September are almost always associated with the traits of loyalty, reason, and a strong moral com.
There is no better fit here than Ned (Jacob Batalon), who could so easily be solely defined as Peter's best friend. But his pushing Peter to be smarter and more rational, while still providing boundless when needed, shows Ned is more than a sidekick and connected clearly to Virgos.
Libra: Aunt May
So far, the MCU's version of Aunt May (Marisa Tomei) has been a highly understanding caretaker figure in Peter's life. She extends him a great deal of space to be a hero and still manages to live her own life independent of him.
This social nature in Aunt May combines with her sense of fairness for the people she loves and makes her a clear Libra figure. Libras always advocate for the most diplomatic outcomes and it's Aunt May's work at home and in public that lead her there, too.
Scorpio: Adrian Toomes
Another villain in the MCU films, Adrian Toomes (Michael Keaton) has a few more redeeming qualities than Beck. Toomes is more of a resourceful man, able to build himself up as a well-to-do figure and a super-villain with nothing but his wit to help him.
It would almost be irable if Toomes didn't use his ionate nature for bad instead of good. Scorpios are similarly stubborn in that regard, but also always aware of their surroundings, which Toomes definitely showcases.
Sagittarius: Mr. Dell
Moving into the teacher side of the MCU's Spidey films, Mr. Dell (J.B. Smoove) entered the picture in the second installment and immediately made a big impact. Granted, that's mostly because Smoove is a charismatic performer.
Yet, it's also because of just how funny and open-minded he is. That sense of humor is usually coupled with conceptions of Sagittariuses. That Zodiac sign is also rather giving, which Mr. Dell is shown to be, as well. After all, he gives his time and protection to students who are pretty consistently under attack.
Capricorn: Happy
Happy Hogan (Jon Favreau), another character from the Iron Man films who gets a pretty big role in the Spider-Man stories, is assuredly matched well with the sign of Capricorn. They tend to be serious-minded individuals who do their jobs and don't mince words or friends along the way.
While the softer side of Happy does eventually open up a bit more, he is still a hard worker who follows rules. It makes him a clear Capricorn representative, as that sign also allows for no foolishness.
