Famous anime fan and cosplayer Megan Thee Stallion is going viral for her latest cosplay, which she debuted at Dream Con 2025. The newest cosplay tackles Bleach's Yoruichi Shihoin, as she appears during her "Flash Goddess" transformation in Thousand-Year Blood War.

Megan Thee Stallion is well known for her anime cosplays, having done characters from My Hero Academia's Shoto Todoroki to Trish Una from Jojo's Bizarre Adventure. Fans of the musician often can't wait to see her next outfit, and she isn't shy about her love for anime. Megan Thee Stallion was in attendance at the convention to host a called "Power and Creativity: Building a Brand That Moves Culture with Megan Thee Stallion." Naturally, she showed up to the in the Yoruichi cosplay, instantly stunning fans with her intricate costume and look.

Her Costume Draws From an Thousand-Year Blood War Scene

While Yoruichi is a character who has been a part of Bleach almost since the beginning, the costume that Megan Thee Stallion broke out is actually based on Yoruichi's final fight in the manga, in which she and Kisuke Urahara face off against the Quincy Askin Nakk Le Vaar. The scene has not yet been adapted in the anime version of Thousand-Year Blood War, but is definitely one of the most anticipated moments remaining from the manga. In the scene, Yoruichi channels her power into the Shunko: Raijin Senkei form, which sees her in very little clothing, cloaked by lightning.

Yoruichi's exposed outfit was replicated by Megan Thee Stallion using a transparent fabric material to cover some of the exposed skin, making the outfit a bit more appropriate for the public. Her appearance certainly has fans buzzing about the battle scene once again, and it's safe to say that Megan Thee Stallion herself is just as excited for the scene to be animated. She also revealed that she is working on the project alongside Carl Jones, who aided the production of The Boondocks and Black Dynamite, both of which used anime-inspired animation styles. At the Dream Con , Megan Thee Stallion reportedly told the audience, "You ain't never seen an anime like this ever in your life."

While there's still relatively little detail about exactly what Megan Thee Stallion's anime will be like, it should be interesting to see how a project led by a Western fan of anime turns out. If The Boondocks and Black Dynamite are any indication, the project ought to be thoroughly entertaining, and with a good mixture of comedy and action. Bleach: Thousand-Year Blood War's final part also has no known release date at this time, but fans like Megan Thee Stallion just can't wait for it to finally be released.
