And soon, when Disney ultimately releases and flushes out all the projects that were in development at 20th Century Fox prior to their acquisition of 21st Century Fox in early 2019, they will have even more movies and TV shows being produced, with even more actors. But for now, that idea of someone being in a Disney movie only applies to the aforementioned project types. With that in mind, there is one person who could now quality for Disney's version of an EGOT, an acronym for Emmy, Grammy, Oscar, and Tony.
To date, only 15 people have ever won all four awards and, therefore, have obtained an EGOT. And for Disney, that would mean one person working with Disney Animation Studios (or perhaps Pixar), Walt Disney Studios, Marvel Entertainment, and Lucasfilm. Ming-Na Wen would now qualify for that as she has worked with all four studios as of 2019. She voiced Fa Mulan in the The Mandalorian (Lucasfilm).
Of course, Ming-Na Wen starred in a Marvel TV production and not a movie from Marvel Studios, but whether or not the films choose to overtly acknowledge the existence of Ming-Na Wen's casting in The Mandalorian at D23 Expo 2019, where she was also honored as a Disney Legend.
At this point, the only thing left for Ming-Na Wen to do with Disney is star in a Pixar film, which would then make her a part of Disney's equivalent to a PEGOT (again, if there was such a thing), which tacks on either a Peabody Award or Pulitzer Prize to the EGOT. It's difficult, but not out of the realm of plausibility.
