Even though Mission: Impossible 8 - also known as Mission: Impossible - Dead Reckoning Part Two - is still nearly two years away, excitement over the two-part franchise finale is incredibly high. Audiences are quite curious to see how the movie reportedly wraps up Cruise's time as Ethan Hunt. However, there is even more intrigue about the stunts he will perform. Mission: Impossible 7 features plenty of notable action sequences that Cruise filmed practically, including ones involving trains and dirtbikes. The stunts for Mission: Impossible 8 have been a bit more secretive to this point thanks to the film's production schedule.
Thanks to new set photos from Daily Mail, a glimpse at Cruise's latest wild stunt for Mission: Impossible 8 has been revealed. The photos show Cruise paragliding off the top of a mountain in England. There are a few pictures of him mid-flight but otherwise they mostly show him landing safely on the ground and returning to a helicopter for another jump. How the paragliding sequence fits into Mission: Impossible 8's story is unknown.

The Mission: Impossible - Dead Reckoning Part One trailer also featured Cruise ramping a dirtbike off a cliff and falling to the ground below. Other Mission: Impossible 8 set photos also teased a stunt where Ethan Hunt hangs off a smaller plane.
Even though many details about Mission: Impossible 8 are still a secret, set photos like these will only continue to increase the excitement for audiences. Cruise is going all out for what could be his final movie in the franchise to ensure it is the best and most thrilling experience possible. Thanks to the incredible response to Top Gun: Maverick, there is now even more confidence from moviegoers that Cruise will deliver something special.
