MLB 24, brings back MLB 23's Nation of Baseball game mode. This is a map of the United States in which players must conquer territory and take down strongholds in order to dominate the entire league. It adds an element of strategy to the game - players must focus not only on team composition and performance, but also how they move across the map and defend their held positions.

But while Nation of Baseball's main objective is pretty obvious, it includes a number of hidden rewards, each of which is tied to a particular spot on the map. Nation of Baseball also incentivizes completing certain goals. Rewards may include a wide variety of in-game goodies: card packs, rare player cards, cosmetics, experience points, or MLB The Show's in-game currency, Stubs. Although some goals and hidden rewards may be completed naturally, players may want to prioritize certain objectives for their desirable rewards. Here's what to expect from MLB The Show 24's Nation of Baseball hidden goals and rewards.

Hidden rewards aren't repeatable - once claimed, they can never be found again.

MLB The Show 24: All Goals In Nation Of Baseball Mode

How To Complete Every Goal In Nation Of Baseball

Goals, meanwhile, are a little more complicated. Each goal requires players to complete specific tasks as they conquer the Nation of Baseball map. For the most part, goals revolve around conquering certain numbers of spaces on the board, taking over a particular map region in its entirety, or acquiring a certain number of fans. Fans can either be gained by winning games, or be stolen from other teams when conquering their strongholds.

Other teams will sometimes conquer adjacent strongholds, but they can still be taken over again by the player. Strongholds are location-dependent, not team-dependent.

The table below includes every goal in MLB The Show 24's Nation of Baseball mode, as well as its rewards. Note that when player cards are included in a goal's reward, their ratings appear in parentheses after their names.

Stan Musial (89), 4,000 Stubs, 2,500 XP

The final goal, which requires players to conquer all territories, is repeatable infinitely. It's not the easiest way to earn cards or XP in MLB The Show, since completing a Nation of Baseball run can take several hours, but each time a player completes the entire map, they'll receive 20 The Show Packs for their effort.

Hidden rewards aren't always easy to find, and goals are often even harder to achieve. However, each comes with a unique reward. While some rewards are inevitably better than others, a Nation of Baseball run can be a quick way to pick up lots of card packs, rare players, XP, and Stubs - just don't expect it to be over with quickly. With a balance of engaging strategic gameplay and ample rewards, Nation of Baseball is one of the most interesting modes available in MLB The Show 24.
