With the release less than a week away, Capcom is gearing up for the release of Monster Hunter Wilds with exciting announcements one after the other. From showcasing the terrifying new additions to the franchise like Arkveld and Jin DAhaad, to fan-favorite returns of Gore Magala and the iconic mascot of the series, Rathalos himself, there's plenty for both new and old fans to look forward to. Although there's still some waiting left before release, Capcom has announced the regional release times for Monster Hunter Wilds ​​​​​​far ahead of its official launch.

Monster Hunter Wilds is by far the most ambitious entry in the franchise yet, both in of its sheer scale and level of fidelity, making it a perfect entry point for beginners. Arkveld's difficulty in the beta kept the franchise tradition alive in of difficulty despite its accessibility, proving there's still plenty of room for challenging encounters in Wilds. Unfortunately for fans hoping to get hunting as early as possible, Monster Hunter Wilds will not feature playable early access as a part of its editions. While it may be disappointing news for some, players in each region having access at the same time will help to avoid spoilers regarding which returning monsters are finally making their way to Wilds. Rather than early access, Wilds' editions will offer varying cosmetic rewards depending on which version is purchased.

Monster Hunter Wilds has already revealed some of its post-launch content, gearing up for a full year of exciting updates and new challenges to face.

Although it wasn't an Early Access period exactly, Monster Hunter Wilds did let players experience the game for themselves in the form of its free open beta periods. With the first test occurring last year between October 31 and November 3, Capcom has had plenty of time to iron out any major bugs and performance issues before launch. Some of the changes made to the performance of Wilds can already be seen in the benchmark tests for the game, ensuring Monster Hunter Wilds will have a smoother launch when handling its record-breaking number of players hunting simultaneously.

Capcom has finally unveiled what times Monster Hunter Wilds will be available across the globe, although it seems it will have separate release times per region and system rather than having a single global release date. For those who want to get into the game without any wait, Wilds will be available for preload 48 hours before launch in each region, and at 9:00 pm PT globally for Xbox Series S/X and PC/Steam on February 25th.
