Spoiler warning: This article contains spoilers for Moon Knight.

Moon Knight left fans with a tantalizing ending that opened the door to a potential season 2. This would make sense as the next place in the MCU the hero appears, but as always with the franchise, he could pop up anywhere. His connections to the gods and the mystical realms lend him to a lot of other MCU series and movies.

Moon Knight also shares strong comic book connections with emerging characters like Echo. The hero's vigilantism brings him into with a lot of street-level characters, but his supernatural powers elevate him to the cosmic dimensions of the MCU. The multiverse rules the MCU at the moment, and Moon Knight's next appearance could come from infinite different realities and dimensions.

Moon Knight Season 2

The Moon Knight finale left a lot to continue to explore, making a second season of the series the most obvious place for the character's next appearance. The shocking revelation that Khonshu remains connected to a third personality presents a ton of possibilities.

This personality, Jake Lockley from the comics, provides a brand new dynamic for Marc Spector and Steven Grant to confront in a second season. Their relationship with Layla and her newfound power also begs for the story to continue.

A Layla Series

Layla El-Faouly deserves her own series. May Calamway's charming and heroic turn elevated the character far beyond a mere love interest to a hero in her own right. She deserves a co-pilot as much as Moon Knight and her series could be his next appearance.

As the avatar of Taweret, a powerful Heliopolis god in the MCU, Layla possesses great power, but the finale didn't delve into it too much. Her powers and connection to Taweret deserve a lot more exploration.

Doctor Strange In The Multiverse Of Madness

Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness promises to feature a lot of different cameos from across the multiverse. Moon Knight stands to be one of them, given his connection to mystical forces in the MCU, as well as his comic book connection to Doctor Strange.

The two fought side by side in the Midnight Sons, taking on the greatest supernatural threats in the Marvel Universe. Together they fought Mephisto, a powerful magical being in Marvel Comics bound to make his presence known in the MCU.

Thor: Love And Thunder

The first Thor: Love and Thunder trailer reveals the possibility of the Greek gods playing a role in the movie. With Gorr the God Butcher set to be the villain, other pantheons in the MCU could appear, including the Heliopolitian pantheon of Khonshu.

If Gorr's quest to kill all gods in the comics manifests in the movie, Moon Knight could appear in defense of the ancient Egyptian gods. The movie's cosmic landscape teases seemingly endless possibilities, opening the door to the Fist of Khonshu.

Agatha: House Of Harkness

Moon Knight gains his supernatural powers from Khonshu's magic. Other sources of magic provide Arthur Harrow his power, and the purple-hued magic he uses as the avatar of Ammit looks very much like Agatha Harkness' dark magic.

Agatha features in her own series, House of Harkness, and many mystical MCU characters may appear. Depending on what form the series takes, Moon Knight, Khonshu, or both could appear as Agatha recovers from her defeat in Westview.

Secret Invasion

Moon Knight brings a lot of power to every fight and if the Secret Invasion MCU series follows from the comics, then the Avengers will need his help. The series presents a chance to bring together most if not all of the franchise's active players.

Secret Invasion ranks as one of the best Marvel Comics events, with virtually every hero ing the fight to fend off the Skrull invasion. Though Moon Knight skipped out on most of the comic book battle, he likely plays some role in the MCU version.

Echo

The Echo series portends a few major Marvel cameos, including Daredevil and Kingpin. The series also makes sense as the next place Moon Knight could appear in the MCU, given his connection to Echo in the comic books.

The two characters shared a brief romance in the comics, enough that Echo originally served as the romantic interest in early concepts of Moon Knight. Their comic connection makes her series a good way to bring Moon Knight deeper into the broader world of the MCU.

World Of Wakanda

The World of Wakanda streaming series promises to broaden the lore and scope of Black Panther's fascinating homeland. The afterlife makes sense as a corner of the world to explore, especially since the avatar for Bast appeared in Moon Knight.

Bast appears among the gathered Heliopolis avatars in their chamber in the Great Pyramid of Giza. This direct link between the goddess Bast, a major figure in Wakandan lore, and Khonshu represents a great chance for Moon Knight to appear in the series.

Blade

Moon Knight fought alongside Blade as a member of the Midnight Sons. Their adventures in the best '90s Moon Knight comics make the Blade movie a strong candidate for Moon Knight's next MCU appearance.

Blade introduced himself to audiences and Dane Whitman at the end of Eternals. Since Steven works in a London museum very close to this same location, he might be next on Blade's list of supernatural characters to collect.

Marvel Halloween Special

Moon Knight first appeared in Werewolf by Night #32. Gael García Bernal plays Jack Russell in the Marvel Studios Halloween Special and it's easy to imagine that Moon Knight makes his next MCU appearance there.

The two fought after The Committee sent Moon Knight to take down Werewolf, an apparent villain. Moon Knight evolved considerably after their initial encounters and Werewolf could have an impact on Moon Knight's MCU trajectory as well.
