Party of Five, about a group of five siblings that are left to fend for themselves when their parents die in a car accident. The show made stars out of Campbell, future Lost protagonist Matthew Fox, and future Ghost Whisperer lead Jennifer Love Hewitt.

She actually remained on Party of Five for years after The Craft, and continued to do well for the remainder of the 1990s, starring in racy thriller Wild Things in 1997. Campbell hasn't been quite as active in the past decade, but she still keeps busy enough.

In 2011, after Scream 4, Neve Campbell played Julie, the wife of protagonist Martin in the thriller The Glass Man. Martin has fallen into financial ruin, and is desperate for his wife not to know. In 2012, Campbell played Joanna Yaegar in the big budget miniseries Titanic: Blood and Steel, chronicling the construction of the titular ship. Also during 2012, Campbell appeared in two episodes of Grey's Anatomy as Dr. Lizzie Shepherd, sister to "McDreamy." The following year, Campbell played Kate Burkholder in the TV movie An Amish Murder, a police chief investigating a murder in her small hometown. In 2014, Campbell guest starred as Lee Cabot on Mad Men, who had a memorably flirty one-episode encounter with Don Draper on a plane.

The next year, Campbell played Allie in the indie comedy Walter, the recurring guest role of bank executive Diane on the sitcom Welcome to Sweden, and Kitty Oppenheimer, wife of real life Manhattan Project lead scientist Robert Oppenheimer, on the critically acclaimed WGN America drama Manhattan. In one of her biggest recent roles, Campbell spent two seasons, during 2016 and 2017, playing ambitious political adviser Leeann Harvey on Netflix hit Skyscraper. Also in 2018, Campbell appeared opposite Steve Coogan in political dramedy Hot Air, and most recently, played the terminally ill mother to Alex Wolff in Castle in the Ground.
