Two new comparisons to Nintendo's Super Smash Bros. series.
Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl was revealed earlier this summer and, for cartoon fans, has already become one of the most exciting releases of the year. The brawler will features classic characters from shows such as SpongeBob SquarePants, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, and Invader Zim, with a fairly substantial roster of playable fighters to select from. Fans will have to master characters' unique moves and attacks in order to best their opponents, with a variety of stages providing different challenges. Stages shown off in the game's reveal trailer tease an Aaahh!!! Real Monsters junkyard, The Wild Thornberry's house, a Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles rooftop, and more coming to Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl.
Two more Nickelodeon characters will be announced for Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl during the Future Games Show, as part of Gamescom 2021 (via NintendoLife). The official Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl website confirms the announcement with a countdown to the reveal, along with a new teaser trailer from publisher GameMill Entertainment. Nickelodeon fans can tune into the Future Games Show to see the world premiere of the two new characters on Thursday, August 26 at 13:00 PDT/16:00 EDT/21:00 BST/22:00 CEST.

While the new teaser doesn't give much away in of who might be ing the brawlers, fans already think they know who the next Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl fighters could be. Following the game's reveal, it was speculated that Avatar: The Last Airbender and The Legend of Korra would both have their stars featured in the title. Cover art for Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl hints that both avatars Aang and Korra will be making appearances in the game, with their silhouettes closely fitting the shadowed characters shown in the art. If the characters aren't announced during the Future Games Show, it's possible they'll still be revealed before the game's release.
Nickelodeon has an expansive list of characters and shows that could be added to the Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl roster in the future. Despite already including a solid collection of beloved characters, the reveal trailer shows that another eight characters are still to be announced, with the selections up for speculation. Many fans are hoping to see series such as Fairly Odd Parents in Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl, but players will have to wait to find out more.
Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl will release on PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X/S, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch in fall 2021.
