Warning: contains a preview of Night of the Ghoul #3!

Screen Rant is pleased to share an exclusive preview of Night of the Ghoul #3 from Scott Snyder and sco Francavilla. This Comixology original series is a horror comic that cinephiles shouldn't miss. The first two issues have raised a lot of questions about the ghoul and the third issue will likely intensify the mystery.

Night of the Ghoul began releasing in October. The story centers around a film sharing the same name as the comic. This film was destroyed in a fire, left unseen. However, the film has been rediscovered, and while damaged, it still has a lot of story left to tell. Crossing between the film's events and the events of the present involving the film's director, this horror comic is a must-read series.

Night of the Ghoul has the creative team of Scott Snyder, sco Francavilla and Andworld Design. It is being published by Best Jackett Press and is one of eight original series from writer Scott Snyder that are being released through Comixology. The previous issues revealed what the ghoul looks like and threw light upon shady corners of the facility the film's director is in - though everything may not be as it seems. This preview centers around the interaction between Mr. Innman - a film aficionado who works at the studio where Night of the Ghoul was made - and the head doctor of the facility, Dr. Skeen. In this Comixology original series, Mr. Innman is seeking the film's secrets from its director, T. F. Merritt. There are several layers of mystery and secrets being kept. Mr. Innman's son is hiding things from his father, though he has also come across a room full of corpses. T. F. Merritt insists that the events in his incomplete film are true and a ghoul is truly lurking - inside the facility itself. The preview doesn't reveal anything more about the ghoul, instead focusing on a potential cover-up that challenges the credibility of Merritt and Mr. Innman's son, Orson.

Night of the Ghoul - Night of the Ghoul #3 from Comixology and Best Jackett Press releases December 21.
