set to release during the holiday season this year, in order to be immediately playable on the next-gen consoles coming out in November.

People Can Fly's new co-op shooter has been in development for a long time now. It was premiered at E3 2019 with a largely uninformative trailer, and more information has been steadily trickling out since then. The game is, oddly enough, a three-person co-op game, giving players a choice of four powerful character classes to play as. The game is set on an alien planet, where a mysterious anomaly has given several people bizarre and destructive powers. While Outriders doesn't tend to get nearly as much attention as next-gen flagships like a fresh new co-op adventure.
