Catching base structures in Palworld makes it a good companion to capture.

To catch it, however, you will need to go to specific locations within the Palapagos Islands, as they are not present across all the islands. This Ice-type Pal can even prove to be a challenge when battling in the open-world map, especially in its level 40 Alpha Boss form, but it is possible to find it in its regular form in other areas. Curiously enough, despite the combat challenge it may present, Sibelyx is not one of the strongest Pals in Palworld, instead being a better fit for farming activities.

Spawn Locations For Sibelyx In Palworld

There are, in essence, two distinct locations where you may find Sibelyx to catch. As is highlighted in the Pal’s entry on Game8, the level 40 Alpha Boss form of Sibelyx can be found in the Frostbound Mountains, slightly northwest of the Free Pall Alliance Tower. For further reference, Alpha Sibelyx can be found to the west of the lake in Frostbound Mountains. This is considered a boss fight, so you will have a tough fight ahead of you, especially if you only intend on weakening Sibelyx enough to catch it in Palworld.

Alternatively, you can catch Sibelyx in its regular form without an Alpha Boss fight once you gain access to the Astral Mountains region. This zone is the northwesternmost portion of the Palapagos Islands and is represented by a vast snowy landscape. Even though the island has spots with vegetation, Sibelyx can only be spotted in the snowy areas. Sibelyx is found within dungeons in the Astral Mountains area in Palworld, which are represented by caves.

Sibelyx appears in the exact same areas during the day and at night.

You also have a chance of hatching a Sibelyx from a Large Frozen Egg, in case you find one. Though the eggs have a chance of spawning other creatures, this is yet another method of obtaining the Ice-type Pal. These eggs also grant other powerful creatures, so make sure to grab and incubate them whenever you have the chance. There are different methods of getting Sibelyx, so it is up to you to choose your preferred method of catching it in Palworld.
