The Huntress class debuted in Lightning Spear. Bleed Huntress (or Bleed Amazon) isn't seeing quite as much love, but especially since receiving some changes, it's an excellent choice in its own right.
One of the main things holding Bleed back somewhat was the mechanic not working against enemies with Energy Shield. Basically, if they had it (and a lot do), your damage would be cut by a huge amount. With that restriction lifted, Bleed Huntress — as demonstrated by Goratha — can really shine (and it was already pretty shiny).
Skills & How To Play
Jump In And Jump Out With Rake And Disengage
Your basic rotation is lunging in with Rake then escaping with Disengage, then popping Blood Hunt once the Bleed kicks in (if enemies haven't died yet). Spearfield also works great for extra damage or range when necessary, while Bloodhound's Mark is used when bossing. Be sure to animation cancel Rake with Parry or Block to increase your speed.

ive Tree, Ascendancy, & PoB
Strength, Damage, And Criticals Are The Focus
Offensively, the ive tree for Bleed Huntress in Dawn of the Hunt goes mainly for raw attack damage, as well as Strength (for scaling Rake damage via Stomping Ground) and criticals. Defensively, your primary layer is Evasion, but some Blind, Block (via Glancing Hits), and reduced potency of slows serve to mitigate damage even further. There are a lot of interesting options, here, however. For example, Deterioration reduces the impact of Ailments on you while scaling your damage; Stun recovery and buildup make it easier on you and harder on enemies, and you could go even harder into Bleed.
For your Ascendancy, grab Critical Strike immediately, then Predatory Instinct and In For The Kill. Once you have a strong Accuracy weapon you can pick up Penetrate and rework your tree and gear a little, but before that, take Azmeri Brew for some nice recovery.

Leveling Guide
Focus On Raw Damage Early
There's not much to change, so you can use the tree above for leveling as well. The trick is just to avoid critical nodes until you pick up your first Ascendancy (and the Critical Strike node). Additionally, you want to focus on raw damage and to a lesser extent, movement speed. So basically, go for Splinters, Escape Velocity, Maiming Strike, Acceleration, and the spear nodes (Javelin and company). Once you have your first Ascendancy, start going for critical nodes.

As for gear, on your weapon look for Physical Damage, % increased Physical Damage, Accuracy, and Attack Speed. For everything else, look for life, resistances, critical hit chance, critical hit bonus, and Strength. For leveling uniques, Venopuncture, Meginord's Girdle, or anything that scales Strength will be great. As always, be sure to check vendors regularly, and disenchant your rares for Regal Orbs (you'll need these for crafting).
Gear And Affixes
Physical Damage, Strength, And Critical Damage Are Key
Gearing in the Path Of Exile 2 endgame is similar as with leveling for the Bleed Huntress build, as you might expect. As before, on your weapon seek out Physical Damage, % increased Physical Damage, Accuracy, and Attack Speed, but also +X to level of all melee skills. The rest mostly comes down to life and resistances, but some critical hit chance and/or critical hit bonus can be great, too. As ever, Strength is key for scaling Rake damage, so keep an eye out for it. In of bases, hybrid armor and evasion is preferred generally, but just evasion can work well, too.
