ATLUS is starting 2023 Strong With Person 3 Portable & Persona 4 Golden

The fact that these two beloved games will release on the same day is major news for Persona fans everywhere. Although not every longtime player felt that these ports were necessary - particularly for the Nintendo Switch, as Persona 3 on a Steam Deck is now possible instead - there is still a large section of fans that will undoubtedly be looking forward to this coming January. It also means that a whole new group of players will be able to experience Persona 3 Portable and Persona 4 Golden for the first time, if they didn't have access to the titles on older systems.

However, as good as this news is, it also presents a big dilemma for Persona fans: which game to start first. All Persona games are known for being long JRPGS that can take several dozen hours to complete, and to attempt an undertaking of both games simultaneously would take up an exorbitant amount of fans' time. Although it's still unclear if fans will get all the features they're hoping for in Persona 3 Portable and Persona 4 Golden, January will certainly be an exciting month for Persona series fans regardless.
