There are a few ways to get Eggs in Pokémon GO, but it can be tough if you're after a particular type, like the 10KM variant. There are currently five groups of pre-hatched Pokémon you can find and store. However, each type has its own rotation of Pocket Monsters that can pop out from it after walking its specific required distance while incubating it.

While Trainers can put multiple Eggs into Incubators to lower their hatching distance at the same time, there is still no way to determine what will come out as each cracks open. For example, Toxel made its Pokémon GO debut in the All into the Wild event, and is only available in 10KM Eggs, but you won't know which contain the Baby Pokémon. This means you'll need to find and hatch as many 10KM Eggs as possible if you want to get one.

How To Get More 10km Eggs

Go Photo Disc Spinning

A Pokestop with a Photo Disc you can spin in Pokemon GO to get more 10KM Eggs

To get more 10KM Eggs, you'll need to spin Photo Discs at PokeStops as well as Pokémon GO's Gyms. Keep in mind that the specific Eggs you get in these ways – 2KM, 5KM, and 10KM – are completely random. There isn't a way to increase the odds of getting 10KM Eggs specifically either, making it come down to trial and error.

You can also get 10KM Eggs as a random Adventure Sync reward for walking 50KM in seven days. Each Adventure Sync reward is given out every Monday at 9AM local time.

You can currently hold a maximum of 12 Eggs at a time. This includes nine in the base storage, followed by three in the Bonus Storage section. Since you can't delete any unwanted 2, 5, 7, or 12KM Eggs, you'll need to hatch them to make room before spinning more Photo Discs to try and get a 10KM variant.

The Best Way To Grind 10KM Eggs

Buy More Incubators

The best way to speed up the Egg grinding process to get more 10KM ones in Pokémon GO is by using extra Incubators and Super Incubators to clear out your storage. If you're able to get more PokeCoins to afford them, you can use up to 12 Incubators at the same time to start hatching your entire storage. Then you can clear out any unwanted baby Pokémon all at the same time.

For any 10KM Eggs you do get, you can use Super Incubators to apply a 0.677x distance multiplier to make them hatch faster. Instead of 10 kilometers, it will only take about 7.7KM. If one doesn't turn out to be the Pokémon you want, you can use the Super Incubator's remaining uses to hatch another 10KM Egg you can get from spinning Pokémon GO's Photo Discs at PokeStops and Gyms.
