Pokémon Legends: Arceus stands out from all other main series games for multiple reasons, but one of the ways that it is similar to generations VI through VIII is that players can evolve Eevee into every single one of its evolutions. Eevee itself is one of the most unique Pokémon in the franchise solely because it has eight different potential evolutions, and each of them is a different type. Through a variety of evolution methods, players can evolve enough Eevees to have one of every evolution on their team and then some to spare.

Although Pokémon Legends: Arceus takes place in the Hisui region long before it becomes the Sinnoh region, players are able to evolve Eevee into Sylveon. Oddly enough, the Fairy-type Pokémon in Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl were only those that were introduced as Normal-types and later changed in Pokémon X and Y. This means that Sylveon, the Fairy-type evolution of Eevee, was not included in either Diamond or Pearl version remake, but fortunately, players still have access to Sylveon in Pokémon Legends: Arceus.

While Eevee is a rare Pokémon to find in Pokémon Legends: Arceus, there are various methods to obtain multiple for each of its evolutions. The simplest method for finding multiple Eevees in Pokémon Legends: Arceus is by taking advantage of Space-Time Distortions in any area, as multiple Eevees will typically appear in these areas. Alternatively, players can find and catch Eevee in Pokémon Legends: Arceus in the Horseshoe Plains of Obsidian Fieldlands, Crossling Slope of Cobalt Coastlands, and both the Avalugg's Legacy and Avalanche Slopes of Alabaster Icelands.
