Among the leaks posted by the Kaka in July, was a series of chopped-up images that were of new Gen 9 Pokémon. The insider later confirmed that one of the images was Sprigatito's final evolution which they described as a bipedal cat that has a wand-like item in its hand. According to the leaker Scarlet and Violet Starter Sprigatito is officially labeled as the "The Magician Pokémon" in the Paldea Pokédex and is designed similarly to the Pokémon X and Y's Delphox. Although the leaked image of the Sprigatito evolution is not complete, Pokémon fan artist MagicoCoco drew up a concept to finish the screenshot to give players an idea of how the character might look. In a second screenshot ed in August, the evolution's wand looks like a pink flower surrounded by green petals.

Scarlet & Violet Starter Quaxly Evolution Is A Dancer According To Gen 9 Leak

Following the leak of the Sprigatito screenshot, the Pokémon Scarlet and Violet insider then posted two additional chopped-up images of the final evolution stage for Quaxly. The two pictures show the Starter having pointy shoulders and long feathers that are brushed back behind its head. In a description of the evolution that was re-posted on Twitter by Scarlet and Violet Starter Quaxly is designated as "The Dancer Pokémon" in the Paldea Pokédex. Although the two images were blurry, Reddit Free_Investment6153 drew a sketch based on the leaked images to help players visualize what the final-stage evolution will appear as in the game. In a series of tweets, the Kaka would later clarify that Quaxly's form is similar to the feathered dancers that appear in Spain's Carnvival celebrations. Given that the Paldea region is inspired by the Iberian Peninsula the dancing evolution is fitting.

Scarlet & Violet Leak Reveals Fuecoco Evolution Is A Singer

Unlike the other two Gen 9 Starters, the Pokémon insider didn't actually post a single image of Fuecoco's evolution. However, the massive Pokémon Scarlet and Violet leak did reveal a very detailed description of what players can expect the adorable Fire-type Pokémon to look like in its final evolution form. In a description re-tweeted by Centro LEAKS, the Kaka insider confirmed that Fuecoco becomes a giant crocodile that stays quadrupedal in its normal stance. Where things get interesting, is that the leaker added that the Fuecoco evolution will have a flame that looks like a bird. According to several descriptions, the flame will sit on the tip of the crocodile's snout The leaked information also revealed that the Paldea Pokédex lists Fuecoco as the "The Singer Pokémon", which rounds out the Gen 9 Starters as all being themed around entertainers. While there are no images of the Fire-type Starter evolution, a detailed concept based on the leaker's information to life can be found by fan artist PaleAd6109.

Pokémon Scarlet and Violet Starter Evolution Typing

The leaks also claim Scarlet and Violet will be taking heavy inspiration from the Pokémon Legends: Arceus Hisuian starter evolutions. They also say that Sprigatito's evolution will be Grass/Dark-type, while Quaxly will be Water/Fighting-type. And finally, Fuecoco will evolve into a Fire/Ghost-type similar to Hisuian Typhlosion.

Although none of these leaks are officially confirmed, every detail from the mysterious Gen 9 insider has now been proven accurate. The same insider posted an in-game screenshot of Girafarig evolution Farigiraf in July, and the new Pokémon was only recently announced during the October trailer. With most of the leaked Gen 9 information now verified, the descriptions of the Paldea Region Starters should give players a pretty good accurate idea of what the final evolutions of Sprigatito, Quaxly, and Fuecoco will look like when Scarlet and Violet release on November 18.
