Even though I may not agree with you regarding Sam Hannah's character, I respect your opinions regarding his appearance on NCIS & NCIS Hawaii. However, to say he disrupted the chemistry of NCIS Los Angeles is utterly ridiculous. The chemistry between Sam Hannah (LL Cool J) and G Callen (Chris O'Donnell) was iconic. Sam Hannah's character was educated, a loyal partner/friend, decorated veteran, devoted husband, and father. These are the same exact attributes that Mark Harmon's character (Jethro Gibbs) had and exhibited. Did you have an issue with Jethro Gibbs? They both (Gibbs & Hanna) were extremely confident and could be perceived as arrogant. Do you take exception to any other characters in the other NCIS television shows; Los Angeles, New Orleans, Hawaii, and Sydney?

Sam Hannah's (LL Cool J) character on NCIS Los Angeles was a perfect fit. His character was an educated individual, loyal friend, and distinguished veteran. He also complemented Callen's (Chris O'Donnel's) character. Sam Hannah's character wasn't half as confident or as you perceived arrogance as Mark Harmon's character in NCIS. However, you embraced him. Until Rocky Carroll (Director Vance) came on the show, there weren't any Black men with any type of "status". From your post, it's fair to deduce you have a problem with him as well and/or you may find his character tolerable as long as he's not too involved. Even though I may not agree, I can respect your opinions regarding NCIS and NCIS Hawaii. However, to say Sam Hannah's character disrupted the chemistry in NCIS is ridiculous.
