I see Superman getting Bizzaro/Doomsday heart after since they are both Kryptonian. Notice how in the trailer his battle wounds are healed fighting Lex he Doomsday morphs back into Bizzaro and gives him his heart at the Fortress which speeds up Clark's recovery
