Yes, David Tennant is my favorite Doctor Who and I was so excited when he came back briefly for the 60th Anniversary plus the one that played Donna. I never knew him prior to that. I've since watched him in The Good Omen which I love too and another series I can't think of right now. I definitely follow the work of actors I like to see their range of characters.

Netflix still has the whole series and TNT has it for free but not sure if it is all the episodes are there. You can look up any movie or tv show you want on Google. It has a Watch Show link under whatever movie or TV show name and description is you look for and it will show you where it can be found. Sometimes it may not have the complete list, so I also us an app (they have a website, too) called Just Watch that helps me track all my movies and TV shows I want to see plus where to find them. It's more organized and you can mark off episodes you have watched to stay on track. I hope this helps.
