This article isn't quite accurate. Elizabeth Dutton is pregnant with deceased Jack's Dutton's child. The unborn child's sex, name, and well being is unknown. Alexandra gave birth to Spencer's son and named him John, not John Dutton II. For all we know Jack's and Elizabeth's unborn child may be John Dutton II. Surely 1944 will definitively answer this question.
