I think he lost his memory, if he did maybe the Explores found him and got him to work for them so maybe Liko and Roy'll work with Dot and might reunite with him but he acts weird like Lillie's father, but different... So maybe they'll get in to battle and then maybe at the end Cap'll try to make memory come back.
