Stuart and Bert are nowhere near enough as strong male characters to be in lead roles. But Denise is very funny, as is Lucy (Kate Micucci) who Rajesh almost landed with. I have seen her in one or two other roles and she is just so quirky and funny that she COULD possibly be in a lead role. Priya was also a strong character, as was the great Sara Gilbert as Leslie Winkle. So, there's no shortage of strong female potential leads but take the boys away and there's not a lot to play with. So, in my opinion, this spinoff needs to be all about the girls. We did the 3 boys and a pretty girl thing, now switch that around and do a group of girl friends who have something in common. They all had relationships with the boys. So, what males to bring back apart from Bert and Stuart? Why not reprise RAJ, as his role never really had a satisfying ending, together with the irony of him not originally being able to talk to girls, now surrounded by them. Then there's Barry Kripke and one or two others. In reality, it needs a NEW character that ALL the girls find endearing in different ways, but decide to keep their feelings secret for one reason or another.

Well, that's my take anyway, lol.

I think a GAME OF THRONES movie sequel could go a long way to healing what many consider a disappointing ending to the series. For example, we know from the series that people can be returned to life, even if repeatedly stabbed with swords. We also know that Drogon was last seen gently picking up the body of Daenerys and flying away with her, so it seems that a reappearance of both Drogon AND Daenerys is not outside of the realm of GOT reality. After all, there is a bit of unfinished business to settle with Jon Snow! The big question with that is whether Daenerys would be the major antagonist in the sequel, or return wanting to both settle scores and make amends in some way... a post-mortem rebirth into a more evolved consciousness, perhaps? The melted throne of swords being recast into a dragon throne, perhaps? What seems like a never-ending winter, perhaps? I'd like to see that 😀
