You can't create architectural drawings for a fictional Brutalist architect without "borrowing" from the Brutalist corpus. It has to be a pastiche, otherwise it won't work. As to voices, is this any worse than dubbing the singing voices of Rita Haworth, Lauren Bacall etc?
