I love the social commentary aspect of the show. I love how they also highlighted the dangers that inherently come with being a Healthcare worker, also the fact that doctors make the worst patients, the abortion issues we currently face, trans rights and respect, and so many more. The show truly takes the state of the world and highlights it through each hour in the ED.

I just have to point out that theory doesn't hold much water with Taissa. Her look definitely changed over the years. But I just like the other commenters where some of the same things I did it high school.
