See AllSorry Tony & Ziva, But NCIS Season 22, Episode 17 Reminds Me Why You Aren't The Franchise's Best Romance
Calm stable relationships does not a good drama make.
Blue Bloods' Danny Spinoff Plan Is Ruining The Raegans' Legacy Worse Than CBS' Divisive Cancelation
This 'spin off' is just too different from the original for me to want to watch. It's a no from me. I'll just stick to reruns of the original. No interest in trading NYC for Boston or watching Danny not being part of the NYPD and with none of the other Regan's. This is a real thrown together scatter brained idea. If Mr. Walberg wants to do a show in Boston, let him be a whole different character. Maybe a P.I., doctor or lawyer, just not Danny Regan.
Joe Hill's Blue Bloods Ending Effectively Killed His Chances For A Spinoff
I had no interest in a Joe Hill Spinoff. Not interested in any spin off for Blue Bloods that does not include Frank Reagan and the entire core Reagan family, that made the show what it was. The whole family, their Sunday dinners and "The Family Business' was the shoe. When CBS got too stingy and uncreative to figure out how to keep the powerhouse of a show going and canceled it, they blew it. It's gone now. Only a possible TV movie or two in the future with the whole cast will give viewers any more adventures worth watching. I'm also done with reading these ridiculous spin off stories that waste my time and say nothing that makes any difference in the scheme of things. A great show is gone too soon. Let it rest in peace.
I Don't Care If Modern Star Trek Breaks Established Canon
Modern Star Trek is awful. There is no real vision for the future of mankind. The fact that it's so willy-nilly and has no respect for what was once known as canon and is expanded by multiple creators as if no canon existed has reduced the franchise to a special effects fest on overload. It's really sad when one thinks about why the original series and some of those that followed were so beloved for decades.I know the new creators say they love the Star Trek universe. But that love seems overshadowed by the need to just keep the franchise going to make more money off of the fans more than any clear vìsion of creating a future for humans and other species to maintain their individuality, but build on their common goals peacefully together and not just be at war and destroy stuff so much, which seems to be the crux of most of the new storylines in various Trek universe vehicles. It may take a return to cannon to make the franchise worth continuing.
