I have never felt that any movie or tv series director has ever been capable of doing any kind of justice to a Stephen King novel, ittedly there have been some movies that my friends and family have thought were amazing but I have always had it in my mind that the only way to fully appreciate and feel the fear, horror and yes the love that flows from Stephen K's pen is to sit alone in a comfortable chair with only sufficient light to read and absorb the word (maybe a cold beer alongside) and then a person can truly try and understand what he is all about.
