YEs I see it as well, and it is getting worse. Defense lawyers say to comply so you are not beaten as badly, and hopefully can do something in court after your humiliation and torture. Police assassinated a special needs kid with in 30 seconds of their arrival. I would rather deal with a mugger, because I can fight or run rather than be detained and tortured.
