I agree that hdm is a top tier show!

The books have long been among my topmost favorites, and the series is a fabulous adaptation. In fact, I am currently rewatching the series.

Ruth Wilson in particular is amazing as Mrs. Coulter with so much complex emotion and layers of acting since her character is almost always acting herself!

The movie was regrettable and forgettable imo.
