The first thing I thought when watching the first season of Stranger Things back in the day was "wow this has great tabletop adventure vibes". The way characters collect information, develop theories, test them out, come up with a solution was almost exactly what I've seen my players do in a tabletop countless times. If they manage to capture this again, it would be a massive success.
