The point of Narnia was to explore the idea of how would Jesus appear in another world. A world that is made up of animals thus he appears as a lion. Jesus is also often called the Lion of Judah. He even says in Voyage of the Dawn Treader "In your world I have another name." The more you look into it the more evidence there is to it. Yes but I feel like OOT needs its own style and should remain faithful to its original because it's such a great game.

Hiccup didn't spare him because it was "wrong to take any creatures life" (They regularly eat fish and meat) he spared him because he saw that toothless was scared. As he says, "He looked as frightened as I was." I do agree though. With that fear he had an untrusting and ferocious look not only in his eyes but his mannerisms towards Hiccup at first.

He was scary at first though. He had a ferocious and untrusting look in his eyes and his mannerisms were more wary.
