Drax will have to be recast if they use the character again. Bautista said he's out and I believe him, he said he's too old to keep up the physique (Jackman said the same about Wolverine for the same reasons and they made the CGI diet work, so I guess never say never). Recasts aren't the end of the world, but with Disney's recent track record they'd probably pick Lizzo.
