I doubt a prequel would be a better spin off. We love House for the crazy person he became. I highly doubt before his pain he was having his team break into homes and experimenting on people. I wanna still love the show. I'd like to see him re emerge. Maybe he stole an identity and started working as someone else. Maybe you add another medical show with him in it. And it picks up like before. Interesting.
