In The Devils Chord I thought it was strange when the Doctor was hiding from the Maestro and Ruby says "You never hide". How did she know that? It was there 3rd adventure together.

What happened to that aliens? The Doctor has always been about aliens. This season has confused me, as a fan, because I don't know if the villains are aliens. The Toymaker, the music stealer, and whatever that was in 73 yards...what were they? What planet were they from? What was there mission? If The Doctor is no longer about aliens then to me it's a different show, not Dr. Who.
