I'd like to add to why Tony was killed at the end: There is a lot of shots of Meadow parking her car as she is having a hard time parking. Meadow is obviously late. If Meadow parked her car right away, she would have been sitting on Tony's right side. If Meadow was sitting there, the hitman wouldn't have fired from Tony's right side (hitman coming out of the bathroom). I'm blaming Tony's death on Meadow's inability to parallel park.
