No, Sylvester Stallone is a great action movie actor and dramatic actor as well, but it would have been hard to see him as Axle Foley in Beverly hills cop and probably ten times harder to see him as Han Solo. In the end the actors who portrayed these characters were the right ones for them, because they owned the character and made them believable people.

Why would it be a horrible idea? Wesley Snipes played the character first and his portrayal and the movies he made brought Marvel,the company out of bankruptcy, then it started a flood of Marvel superheroes movies , but the movies were distributed through Sony, Twentieth Century Fox etc, then came the MCU and so far we seen some hits and Misses, however this blade issue is almost a no-brainer, since the reboot has been plagued with several problems, maybe they should cancel the idea and greenlight a fourth movie for Wesley Snipes like they did for Hugh Jackman with the Logan movie?
