From what I read when I was convinced she was leaving is this season is about her and O.A getting "closer" and exploring more into there relationship [Not meaning sexual]. My thoughts are maybe this is how she stays by leaning on O.A. There's simply not enough draw from the other characters to have a good enough show if she leaves [and also O.A]. Those 2 are the draws.

Let's hope we don't have a FBI Most Wanted situation were [if I'm not mistaken] there's zero original cast from season 1 left. They've had an outrages time with cast and still are. Luckily the replacement team leader is brilliant otherwise that show would of 100% gone.
