The reason why Pleakley would wear the long dresses is for the legs. They would give him and Jumba away. It’s for practical reasons since he couldn’t wear pants due to his three legs. If Pleakley could wear pants, he would. Besides, he had more of a feminine shape by Earth standards.

Hate to say it, but the perfect partner for him would be a pretty (blonde hair, green eyes), smart (book-smart and street-smart), wise, sweet, kind, gentle, and with a heart of gold that a year younger than him, has a certain magic about her, a fighting spirit, and knows her way around Pokémon that has a female Pikachu by her side for his Pikachu. In other words, the shipping will be with someone new, with the help of the aging him up to fourteen or fifteen to help.

I don’t think Spectrier is out on Pokémon Go. Was there at special paid research task that I missed or something? I believe that would be a big deal if it has anything to do with a Legendary Pokémon.

Don’t forget about Texas and Mexico. Texas is such a huge state with such a unique history. In fact, a Texan newspaper wrote an article about a Pokémon game being set there. Mexico would be soooo much fun to do with everything got g on there. However, I think Gen 10 will combine Italy and Grecce for the next region, like Gen 9 did with Spain and Portugal. Maybe there’ll be a chance in Gen 11 or 12.

If they do bring him back, I would think he’ll be fifteen with a girlfriend, one that could actually be his true love.  I feel like she would be a new character, and I already imagine what she would be like, a very pretty green-eye blonde who would be a year younger that him, very intelligent, smart, wise, and knows her way around Pokémon, whether it’s through battling or her dream to be a Pokémon researcher.  Don’t forget her musical (with her singing and ability to play piano and guitar), artistic, creative, and imaginative side as well, also her constant writing, whet her it’s her Pokémon notes or stories whether fictional or not.  She’s also a powerful psychic witch (in the form of a combination of Samantha Stevens from Bewitched and Sabrina) who can talk to Pokémon like Doctor Dolittle can talk to animals.  Of course, she’ll have to be like Bugs Bunny when it comes to the bad guys so they don’t find out about her gift.  Her partner Pokémon would be a female Pikachu named Poppy for his Pikachu.  She’ll also be a foreigner from Dallas, so it’ll be his chance to play tour guide, getting him back into the leagues somehow.  Yes, she’ll be sadistic and sarcastic along with some quirks, but she’s also like a Disney Princess being sweet, kind, gentle, and well liked with a fiery fighting spirit, which will be the thing that he’ll love the most. Of course, the focus would be on her since it would be her journey anyways.
