Emulating a current gen system directly impacts sales - older emulators don't really draw a target. And the ROM site that was mentioned was profiting off of sales of pirated ROMs. The comparison to burning books is unnecessarily incendiary, especially when it is more like making someone delete photos that they were legally prohibited from taking.
